Who must file and how often?
Large Agencies (250+ full-time employees): Must file a plan once a year as long as the previous plan was approved or conditionally approved. Large agencies whose plans have been disapproved may be required to file plans semiannually instead.
Small to Mid-Sized Agencies (25–249 full-time employees): Must file a plan every two years (biennially).
What happens if a plan is rejected?
If the Commission disapproves of an agency's latest plan, they are authorized to set a custom deadline to fix and resubmit it until the plan meets their approval.
