Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman, Chair of the Board of Access Health CT (AHCT), and AHCT CEO Jim Wadleigh today announced that the number of Connecticut residents without healthcare coverage has dropped to 3.8 percent, the lowest rate in state history and among the lowest rates in the country.
