CCEH has built a coalition of partners to ramp up efforts to end chronic homelessness and examine the inefficiencies that are a barrier to permanent housing. Governor Malloy's Administration is committed to ending homelessness among veterans by the end of 2015 and chronic homelessness by the end of 2016.
