Closure of Route 113 in Stratford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing a closure of Route 113 in Stratford starting on Monday, January 6, 2025. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, January 6 and be completed on Friday, January 24, 2025. The project 0138-0256 consists of installing cofferdam system and rebuilding of the roadway.

CTDOT Project No. 0138-0256 was awarded to ROTHA Construction on October 30, 2024, and is scheduled to be completed Friday, January 24, 2025. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 3 in New Haven.

 

LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO

Route 113 (main street) will be closed starting Monday, January 6 to Friday, January 24, 2025. Traffic will be detoured around the airport using the following roads: Access Rd, Lordship Blvd, Oak Bluff Ave, Prospect Dr and Stratford Rd. Traffic control signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
